Stamina X Air Rower vs. Stamina ATS Air Rower – Which Is Better?

To differentiate these two Stamina Rower models, it is best to discuss the essential features of Stamina X Air Rower and Stamina ATS Air Power.

Resistance

The Stamina ATS Air Rower and Stamina X Air Rower are both air resistance rowers. The ATS Air Rower is the most popular air rower for elite athletes. The faster you row, the more wind resistance is produced and the harder it will be to pull the handles back.

Monitor / Control Panel

The Stamina ATS Air Rower has a multi-functioning monitor with one button that displays the number of strokes, speed, time, strokes per minute, and calories burned. The monitor shows three functions at a time, and you can change it by pressing the mode button.
